At GLO, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original GLO packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
